- Open the survey link here: www.speakup4schools.org/
speakup2014 - Select the "Take the Survey" option.
- Select the green circle labeled "Students".
- Click on the black arrow to choose a state and select North Carolina.
- Select the blue arrow labeled "NEXT".
- Type in school name "NCVPS".
- Select the blue arrow labeled "NEXT".
- Select NCVPS.
- Select your grade level.
- Type in the secret word: ncvpssurvey
- Select the LOGIN option.
- Start the survey by clicking on the green button.
