Management Theorist Simon Sinek explains people feel safer and are productive with Good Leadership! Leadership skills are valuable for ensuring people are efficient in their working environment. Sinek studies fortune 500 corporations and discovers what will work best for employees. Sinek's work is very similar to Goldsmith's articles that you will analyze this week.
